1776 Republic Coffee Café is a family- and women-owned cafe at FM 550 and SH 205 in Rockwall, minutes from Heath, Fate and McLendon-Chisholm. We're not just a coffee shop. Our full kitchen serves hot breakfast and lunch Monday through Saturday: French toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, avocado toast, steak sandwiches, burgers and salads. Our coffee bar pours espresso and signature drinks all day. The kitchen is open 7 AM-2 PM, and coffee and pastries run until 3 PM.
Afternoon deals, Mon-Sat: free drip coffee with any lunch plate from 1-2 PM, and $1 off any drink from 2-3 PM. Join our loyalty program for 50 bonus points and earn double points every Monday-Wednesday. On Veterans Day, Nov 11, every veteran gets a free drip coffee.
Order ahead: place online food orders by 1:45 PM for pickup by 2:15 PM. Online ordering is open Mon-Sat 7 AM-2 PM.
