1776 Republic Coffee Café

About us

1776 Republic Coffee was born from a simple idea: America is more than a place-it is an idea worth gathering around. The owners wanted to create something that felt distinctly American: a place built around hard work, freedom, community, hospitality, and the belief that people from all walks of life can sit down together, share a meal, enjoy a great cup of coffee, and remember what brings us together.

The name 1776 represents the spirit of the nation’s founding—the courage to believe that ordinary people could build something extraordinary. It is a reminder of the principles that helped shape the American experiment: liberty, individual responsibility, opportunity, perseverance, and the pursuit of a better life.

Republic speaks to the people themselves. A republic is ultimately about citizens—the people who make up a nation, a community, and a culture. 1776 Republic Coffee was created with the belief that strong communities are built when people come together, get to know one another, and share in the simple things that make life good. And that is where the coffee comes in. Because some of the best conversations in life happen over a cup of coffee.

1776 Republic Coffee is a gathering place for fellow Americans who appreciate good coffee, good food, honest conversation, and the values that make this country special. Whether you stop in for a morning coffee, sit down for breakfast, meet a friend for lunch, or simply take a moment to slow down, the hope is that you feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself. The menu is intentionally approachable and satisfying—from freshly prepared breakfast and lunch favorites to pastries and carefully crafted coffee. The goal isn't complicated: serve food worth coming back for, coffee worth savoring, and hospitality worth remembering. But 1776 Republic Coffee is ultimately about more than what is on the plate or in the cup.

It is about creating a space where people who love this country can gather without apology A space where patriotism can be expressed through community, generosity, conversation, and gratitude. A space where the next generation can experience the importance of working hard, treating others with respect, taking pride in where they come from, and appreciating the freedoms that so many have sacrificed to preserve.

The owners believe America is at its best when its people come together—not because everyone thinks exactly alike, but because they share a common love for the country they call home. So, pull up a chair. Bring a friend. Meet a neighbor. Start a conversation. Enjoy a great meal. Stay for another cup of coffee.

Welcome to 1776 Republic Coffee—a place where coffee, community, and the American spirit come together. 1776 Republic Coffee. Good Coffee. Good Food. American Values.
